Current UK position
As at 5 September 2026, Fagan & Company has not identified a publicly verifiable, Ferrari-authorised UK quotation or ordering route for the Ferrari Luce through an employer car programme.
If Ferrari chose to support such a route, the employer, its programme provider, funder, insurer, and an authorised retailer would need to agree how it would work. In our view, the route should preserve Ferrari's control of allocation and the client relationship rather than place the car in a conventional scheme catalogue.

No publicly verifiable UK route identified
As at 5 September 2026, Fagan & Company has not identified a publicly verifiable, Ferrari-authorised UK quotation or ordering route through an employer car programme.
Company-car tax is only the starting point
HMRC assigns zero-emission company cars a 4% appropriate percentage for 2026/27. Employer policy, provider approval and vehicle availability remain separate questions.
What would need to be established
- Ferrari's support for an employer route and the role of an authorised retailer
- a live, attributable UK lease quotation and the identity of the funder
- the confirmed UK list price and P11D value
- the employer's and salary sacrifice provider's policy position, including any vehicle-value limit or exceptional-vehicle approval

The practical question is whether a manufacturer-authorised route can satisfy both the employer's controls and the client experience.
For an interested employee
Ask the employer's appointed salary sacrifice provider whether exceptional-vehicle requests are permitted. Do not treat favourable tax treatment as evidence that the car can be quoted or ordered.
For the employer
Consider policy limits, consistent treatment, funding and insurance exposure, early termination and the operational burden before approving any exception.
For any programme partner
Start with manufacturer authorisation and an agreed role for an authorised retailer. Supply, client communications, service, return and remarketing cannot be inferred or designed unilaterally.
