China launch under the Z9S identity
Same-day launch reporting records three China-market Z9S versions with official guide prices of RMB 255,800, RMB 275,800 and RMB 325,800. These replace the higher August pre-sale prices and must not be converted into an assumed UK retail price.
Range and battery vary by version
China-market launch reporting lists 920 km CLTC with a 102.326 kWh battery for the Flash Charge Premium, 1,100 km CLTC with a 122.496 kWh battery for the Flash Charge Flagship, and 780 km CLTC with a 102.326 kWh battery for the e3 Flash Charge Performance. CLTC is not UK WLTP.
Rear-drive and tri-motor powertrains
Reported China specifications include a 370 kW rear-wheel-drive single-motor version and an 890 kW tri-motor all-wheel-drive version. The performance version is quoted at 2.68 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.
Large saloon dimensions
China-market specifications report 5,090 mm length, 1,980 mm width, 1,490 mm height and a 3,025 mm wheelbase. A 120-litre front luggage compartment is also reported. Confirm UK measurement conventions and production specification if a UK model is announced.

Denza's range-record claim is cycle-specific
Denza has described the 1,100 km CLTC version as the world's longest-range mass-produced battery-electric car. Treat that as a manufacturer claim on the Chinese CLTC cycle, not as a directly comparable UK WLTP figure.
Flash-charging claims need infrastructure context
Launch coverage reports Denza claims of roughly five minutes for a major charging increment and about nine minutes for a near-full charge using its latest flash-charging system. The compatible charger, starting temperature, power curve and UK infrastructure availability remain unverified.
Advanced chassis features are version-dependent
The e3 performance specification is reported with rear-wheel steering, a minimum turning radius of about 4.75 metres, crab-walk and compass-turn functions, plus DiSus-A air body control. Do not assume every Z9S version or any future UK version has the same equipment.

Do not translate the China price into a UK budget
The Z9S launched in China at substantially lower prices than its earlier pre-sale figures, but neither set establishes a UK list price, P11D value or salary sacrifice cost. Wait for a UK car and a dated provider quotation.
Compare range on the same test cycle
The headline 1,100 km figure is CLTC. A useful UK comparison should use the selected car's certified WLTP range and real journey needs, including motorway use, winter temperatures and available charging.
Choose range or performance deliberately
The longest-range version and the tri-motor performance version are different configurations with different batteries and range figures. Compare the exact version rather than combining the best figures into one notional car.
Keep an available-car fallback
If an employee has a near-term replacement date, compare current UK Denza and other verified electric models. A China launch does not establish a UK build slot, insurer acceptance or employer-provider supply.
